As stated in my previous post-Staatscaping happened this weekend. Why wait until June 13 you ask? Well, it is due to the bi-annual dropping of seeds from the trees in our yard. If we mulched my flower beds any earlier, they would be ruined by the bunches of "propellers". I tried to include a picture of Jim in action, but he was all hunched over and he got mad at me when I said that it wasn't flattering and he needed to put his arm in front of his stomach.

The house across the road from us was being torn down at the slowest pace ever. We finally figured out why when we got a letter that they would be burning the house down for the fire department to practice on. As you can see, it was pretty exciting for Allendale.
